Job Summary: Experienced Operating Room RN Manager needed in Long Island!
This is a unique opportunity for an extraordinary individual to be a trail-blazer with a global industry leader in surgical and non-surgical therapy services!
Since its inception over 40 years ago this pioneering organization has had tremendous growth and currently distributes its products in over 90 countries.
They are seeking one experienced Operating Room Manager to be their on-site representation at a client hospital in the highly sought after Long Island area!
The Preferred candidate will have:
- Strong operating room experience especially in Ortho/Total Joint with a minimum of 2 years supervisory or higher experience - Scrub experience with the ability to scrub in if needed - Experience managing approximately 15 or more FTE's - Demonstrated ability to implement new protocols - Star track record in Operating Room tactical management but also possess strong organizational savvy and autonomy as you will be the company's sole representative on location at the hospital
