• Nursing Administrator needed for hospital out patient program in up-state New York south of Albany.
• The Nurse Administrator must have a Masters Degree level RN with clinical and management experience to assume role of Nurse Administrator for a 150 FTE hospital based multi-specialty practice employing 90 Physicians, NPs, PAs and Nurse Midwives.
• Responsibilities will include clinical oversight of all nursing and clinical operations in out-patient centers, management of the Performance Improvement / Quality Program, recruitment and training of office nurses, and working with Hospital Administration to integrate out-patient and in-patient care.
• Prior experience in a Nurse Manager job or Director of Nursing jobs a plus.
