Our Emergency Department, the only 'base' ED station within 180 miles, treats over 61,000 patients per year and incorporates such advanced technologies as the MedHost patient tracking and electronic nurse documentation systems and Spacelab cardiac monitoring systems.
The ED consists of a 21 bed acute, 9 bed semi-urgent, and 7 bed non-urgent area.
Primarily accountable for the planning, implementation and operation of the department in order to meet the needs of the organization.
The Director will provide leadership and expertise in the management of the department.
Accountable for human resource management, financial management, and quality management for department and programs within incumbent's responsibility in support of the mission, vision.
Prior experience in Nurse Management jobs a plus.
Experience in ER Director jobs a big plus.
Emergency Room Nursing background a must.

Work Experience:
5 years clinical director or assistant director level management experience.
BS in Nursing or closely related field required, Master’s preferred
Prior ER Director experience is a plus.
Prior experience in a ER nurse job, Nurse Management jobs and ER Director jobs a plus.
