Specialty hospital in southern California is seeking an RN / Director of Quality Management.
This position is responsible for planning and implementing the performance improvement program to meet the needs of the hospital.
The incumbent will provide education to medical staff, hospital staff, and Governing Body. Will facilitate performance improvement activities and CQI activities throughout the hospital.
Will act as resource person to administrative team, department managers, and medical staff; perform clinical risk management functions; assist department managers with preparation for medical staff committees. Will also have oversight responsibility for all performance improvement activities conducted throughout the hospital.
Prior experience in Hospital Quality Performance, Nurse Management jobs, Quality Improvement job, Healthcare Risk management jobs and Healthcare Quality Assurance jobs a plus.

Work Experience:
CPHQ preferred with a minimum of 3 years experience in Quality and /or Risk Management in a hospital setting.
