Medical center in western Texas is seeking Staff RNs in specialties such as Surgery-Ortho, ER, ICU, Renal Oncology and Telemetry.
The Staff RNs will work full-time 12-hours shifts, night/day.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Coordinate the delivery of nursing care for pre/postoperative and medical patients through their hospital stay. 2. Participate in patient and family teaching 3. Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
Prior experience in Nurse Jobs , Hospital Jobs, Staff Nurse is a plus.

Work Experience:
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing 2. Current state registration or eligibility 3. Current BLS for health care providers 4. Demonstrated proficiency in acute care nursing, knowledge and skills 5. 3-5 years experience 6. Bachelors degree 7. Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all hospital management, employees, patients, visitors and medical staff. 8. Must have knowledge of insurance utilization review standards, PRO guidelines and sanction procedures.
Prior experience in Nursing jobs, Nurse Staffing, Registered Nurse Jobs , Nurse Manager Jobs is a plus.
Salary:
48k TO $77k based on experience, with full benefits,
Shift differentials and possible relocation assistance.
