Director of Critical Care needed for this hospital which is a Level ll Trauma center with 400+ beds.
They are a cutting edge facility committed to offering the highest quality patient care.
Well known for their visionary nursing leadership, and their patient and employee satisfactions scores are unparalleled in the area. Responsibilities include: leadership over a 22 bed ICU, 13 bed Trauma ICU, 52 bed Cardiac Step Down, 22 bed progressive bed unit, 27 bed Stroke unit and Hemodialysis.
The hospital is in a small city and great place to live filled with rolling hills, trees, antique shops, boutiques, specialty stores, restaurants, sandwich shops and more line the streets of downtown.
Very low crime and an excellent place to raise a family.
Cost of living very reasonable and lastly Texas is a no state income tax state.
Experience in Nurse Management jobs, Clinical Nurse Specialist job, ICU jobs and CCU jobs a plus.

Ideal Director will have strong clinical background, innovative ideas, shared governance since they are about to embark on their Magnet Journey and would require your expertise in implementation of that program.
Prior experience in Nurse Management, ICU Nurse job, Clinical Nurse Specialist jobs, Critical Care Nursing jobs a plus.
Salary: Salary range will depend on experience starting at 95K up to $115K plusrelocation assistance and an annual bonus incentive.
