NCPC Administrative/Credentialing Secretary Department: NCPC Schedule: Full time Shift: Days Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Job Details: SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) with daily administrative and secretarial activities, projects and physician credentialing for the organization. Coordinates company meetings and marketing events.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma, or equivalent, with emphasis in business courses and 2 years secretarial or business college. At least 5 years executive secretarial experience or equivalent including one year with a health care organization. Secretarial experience including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Physician credentialing (including managed care) experience desirable. Event planning experience desirable.
