We are seeking an MT or MLT for our lab in Fairmont, WV. This is a 3rd shift position working Monday-Friday from 11PM-7:30AM with some overtime as needed.
Will perform tests and analyses according to established procedures in Chemistry and Hematology departments. Must be able to identify blood and urine specimens and understand principle of specimen identification. Good computer skills such as menu driven applications and Microsoft basic applications. Ideal candidate will be able to perform Hematology microscopic differentials and urinalysis microscopics.
Will consider students currently enrolled in MLT or MT program with some rotations in a clinical lab completed.
This position will give you the opportunity to work with state of the art instrumentation and you will learn to organize and produce results in a high volume setting unequal to any experience you will find elsewhere locally.
