• Specialty hospital organization in Southern Texas is seeking a Clinical Liaison/Clinical Sales professional to conduct patient assessments to identify patients for potential admission into the system.
• The position will be responsible for managing the referrals and admissions that are generated through their assigned hospitals and territories by representing the hospital with professionalism to referral sources.
• Will design and manage the marketing strategies for their assigned hospitals; conduct one on one contacts with potential referral sources; and maintain positive relationships with current referral sources.
• Utilize educational opportunities to present the hospital to referral sources; identify, contact and manage potential clients.
• Will source potential, appropriate patients for hospital, and coordinate transmission of clinical and benefit treatment to patients, families and outside agencies.
• Will perform 80% or more of work outside the hospital. Interactions with physicians and hospitals will be key.

• Bachelors degree in a clinical area;
• Valid drivers license;
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience as an RN, RT, or other clinical specialty;
• Two years of marketing/sales experience.
• Case management experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in Medical Sales jobs , Medical Device jobs, Product Manager job or Medical Device Sales jobs a plus.

• Salary range is $65K to $75K plus bonus.
• Full benefits.
