• Hospital in southern New Hampshire is seeking a Compliance Audit Educator.
• This individual will conduct audits, investigations and monitoring of internal processes to ensure compliance.
• The position will also research and provide documentation, coding and billing requirements;
• Will create working relationships with clinicians; management and staff to promote compliance and integrity;
• Provide ongoing education and training, and maintain a tracking system for compliance issues.
• Will also assist the Compliance Officer with compliance activities that will be defined by the incumbent and the Compliance Officer.
• Prior experience in Medical Records job, Medical Records Management, HIM jobs or other prior RHIT jobs a plus.

• BS or equivalent with a coding credential;
• 3-5 years Inpatient and Outpatient Coding, auditing, and compliance program implementation;
• Effective oral and written communication skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Good background in medical terminology.
• Prior experience in Medical Records employment, Jobs in Medical Records, Medical Records Administrator or a Medical Records position is a plus.

• Salary is $50-83K dependent on qualifications and experience
• Full benefits.
