We are currently seeking a Full-time, Medical Leader to work in our worksite health and wellness center located on the campus of BMW in Greer, SC . Our position is Monday through Thursday, 7am to 6pm. This position p rovides occupational health services (i.e., post-offer physicals, occupational surveillance exams, medical monitoring, return to work exams and Worker's Compensation medical guidance) in most centers.
Required Qualifications: • Minimum Educational requirement: MD or DO degree, Board Certified in Family Practice, Internal Medicine and/or Occupational Health • 3 - 5 years minimum in occupational health, family practice or emergency room settings • Occupational Health, Primary Care or Emergency Medicine or Board Eligible in aforementioned practice areas. If Board Eligible, must take certification exam within twelve months of date of hire. • Must have current state and federal DEA certification. • Current Certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services • Minimum 3 years management/leadership experience within the healthcare industry • Demonstrated interpersonal and collaboration skills • Superior verbal and written communication skills • Excellent presentation skills, confident in all settings with individuals at all levels of the organization both internal and external • Demonstrated skill with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based programs • Licensed to practice medicine in the state within which the site is located Preferred Qualifications: • Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records • Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations • Occupational Health experience preferred.
