Medical Authorization and Funding Coordinator
A growing Sacramento medical equipment provider is now hiring for an experienced medical authorization and funding coordinator. Will be obtaining pre-funding coverage and prior authorization from insurance organization for all orders. Will be obtaining payor approval and secure funding, working with customers and payors to obtain required financial and insurance information and present options as necessary.
Salary ranges between $14-$16/hr DOE.
Requirements:
2 years of recent experience in authorizations, financial or funding coordination with 3rd party insurance organizations. Experience with medical insurance billing and understanding of different plans and procedures required. Excellent customer service skills.
