Under the guidance of the Director of Great Plains, the Marketing Specialist is responsible forGreat Plainssales and marketing efforts and the continuing development and implementation of the GPRS sales plan and marketing plan. The Marketing Specialist assists the Director of Great Plains in strategic planning to maximize the department's success. The Marketing Specialistensures that all activities are conducted with an expectation of excellent customer service and in keeping with the mission to "Let All Be Received as Christ." Education:A bachelor's degree in business, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Mass Communications or related field or eightyears related erience:Preferably two years sales & promotion experience in home health and medical product lls:Possess good organization skills and leadership ability. Computer and web based skills required. Knowledge of strategic marketing and budgeting. Professional and empathetic customer relation techniques required. Must possess conflict management skills. Proficient at multi-tasking. Must show initiative and good erpersonal Skills:Able to get along with people; good teamwork skills. Physical Effort: LightHours of Work: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with occasional need to work weekends or after hours to meet deadlines respond to media or assist with special events. Occasional weekend and after hours travel required. Other: Ability to work independently in a professional, responsible, conscientious and ethical fashion.
