Job Details: This position is responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance, responding to dispatched general maintenance calls, and troubleshooting/repairing secondary utility systems of buildings, plumbing, air-conditioning, electrical, and air systems. The incumbent may be scheduled to work various shifts and weekends to meet the needs of the organization, not necessarily within craft LIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
* High School diploma or GED preferred.
* Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
* Requires a minimum of two years relevant experience.
* Requires ability to read and interpret information from blueprints; schematics; and diagrams.
* Requires ability to perform multiple tasks.
* Requires ability to exercise independent judgment.
* Requires good customer service skills.
* Requires general knowledge of specialized areas including electrical secondary systems; plumbing systems; fire system devices; and air systems.
* Requires knowledge of applicable building codes.
* Requires be able to demonstrate and perform the functions in Level 1 as needed and/or requested.
* Requires current knowledge of various federal; state; local; OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and Joint Commission codes and regulations.
