LPN- LTC Department: LTC - Lafayette 2nd Floor Schedule: Supplemental Shift: Day, Weekend Hours: 7:00AM - 7:00PM Job Details: * Valid licensure required * Previous experience required * Position Summary: Responsible for implementing interventions designed to achieve the goals and objectives of the resident plan of care. Recruitment Requirements: Licensed Professional Nurse who is a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and has a current Pennsylvania license. One to two years experience in geriatric nursing. Demonstrates positive communications skills and ability to relate to staff in professional manner; able to relate to all levels of staff. Demonstrates sensitivity to the values of Holy Redeemer Health System.
This supplemental position is working every other weekend 7AM-7:30PM
