LPN- LTC Department: LTC - Manor 3A - Manor Schedule: Full-Time Shift: Evening Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Job Details: * Position Summary: Responsible for implementing interventions designed to achieve the goals and objectives of the resident plan of care. Recruitment Requirements: Licensed Professional Nurse who is a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and has a current Pennsylvania license. One to two years experience in geriatric nursing. Demonstrates positive communications skills and ability to relate to staff in professional manner; able to relate to all levels of staff. Demonstrates sensitivity to the values of Holy Redeemer Health System.
