LPN - LONG TERM CARE - Extended Care - Bedford (6150)
Supports Carilions hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all job responsibilities. Practices practical nursing within the parameters set forth in Carilion Clinics / Bedford Memorial Hospital Plans for the Provision of Patient Care and functions under the direction of a registered nurse. Partners with the RN in collecting data, planning, implementing and evaluating resident care. Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development to appropriately care for residents served.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing. Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Licensed to practice practical nursing in the state of Virginia or new graduate of approved program eligible to sit for the Virginia licensure exam. Other Minimum
Qualifications: Specific experience and certifications may be listed in service line specific addendum's to this job description. Must successfully complete orientation and competency requirements.
