IFCS is currently seeking an individual who is
fully licensed or
provisionally licensed to practice in North Carolina as a
Team Lead for our Intensive In-Home Program. This individual is expected to understand and implement IFCS's evidence-based Family Centered Treatment © model and therefore be able to provide professional-level services based on an effective assessment of client's needs. This individual will participate in individual and team supervision as scheduled and build and maintain positive relationships with personnel from referring/collateral agencies
Qualifications Requirements: - Must be fully licensed or have met requirements in North Carolina to be provisionally licensed with LPC, LCSW and/or LMFT
- Must have at least one year of experience working with the Child Mental Health population.
- Masters degree in Human Services field.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
