Laboratory Technician
On-site medical lab in multi physician office. CLIA certified lab with responsibility to manage several phlebotomists and ancillary staff. Prepare and test a variety of lab specimens as well as coordinate outside lab testing for patients. Supervise patient lab reports and coordinate follow-up with physicians and staff. Maintain lab records and test validations in lab. Trouble shoot equipment with service techs
Requirements:
Certified lab technician with at least five years experience, i Prefer some office experience . Ability to work independently and supervise staff. Ability to maintain office standards and report to physicians. Ability to interact with patients, when needed Experience running a full service patient lab
