IT Manager

The IT Manager will lead a dynamic team of individuals in managing IT service operations in support of the contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct supervision/management of the technical staff. This role will provide leadership over all IT operational activities including service delivery, technical requirements gathering, infrastructure solutions and project execution as it relates to supporting the MRAP Program.
Serve as the liaison between the program and customer to ensure operational performance and the delivery of services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Will liaise with individuals at multiple organizational levels including the Executive level.
• Works closely with members of the IT team to align IT services, technology transformation and special projects to support program goals and objectives.
• Identifies technology opportunities and articulates our services
• Fosters teaming relationships and communications to ensure timely delivery of cost effective products, services and solutions that meet requirements and result in a high levels of customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications: IT Management experieince working on government contracts, specifically on DoD maintenance programs.
