Description
- Purchase, NY or Plano, TX or International based - Provide leadership in the planning and execution of Audit and Risk Management governance and stewardship responsibilities. - Assume a leadership role in the development and execution of the Corporate Audit strategic/annual-operating plan. - Provide added value to business operations by sharing best practices and identifying productivity opportunities. - Coach and develop the audit staff, manage the audit work, and work directly with senior management.
Requirements:
Required: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - 10+ years experience in Information Technology with direct hands-on experience managing an application development or operations function within an IT organization. - Strong SAP and/or Oracle Financials Experience - Strong academic background with Bachelor's Degree. - Understanding of core IT management processes (e.g., Change Management, System Development Lifecycle, Information Security, IT Operations etc.) - Broad understanding of business functions and processes - 50% travel (Domestic and International) - Supervisory experience - Fluent in EnglishHighly Preferred: - IT Audit Experience - Big 4 Experience - General technical experience in any of the following: application development; Oracle application software; database management; eCommerce/ web development; IT Operations; operating systems (Unix, NT, MVS); and networking. - Audit certification (CISA, CPA, CISSP, CCSA, CIA, CPE etc.) - Knowledge of Computer Assisted Analysis Tools (CAATs) such as ACL, SQL, MS AccessMasters (MBA, MS) - Knowledge of CobiT, ISO, Sarbanes Oxley, COSO - Second Language (Mandarin, Spanish)Preferred: - Masters in Information Management, MIS or similar field. - Experience in a public company environment as it relates to risks and controls in the Sarbanes Oxley realm. - Working knowledge of manufacturing or other consumer production workflow and business processes. - Knowledge of the financial reporting process - Knowledge of ITIL, CMMi, Six Sigma
