IT Analyst - IT ect hire Job Purpose Provides technical assistance both in the regional office and in district bases throughout the region 2. Decision Making Makes decisions regarding the best way to resolve US Regional Office and remote US base PC, networking, or telephony issues 3. Supervision Responsible for supervising third party contractors that are working for client Primary Responsibilities & Duties
Manage projects such as structured cabling installation and A/V installation
Administer, deploy, and troubleshoot VOIP phones throughout US
Assist Corp Network Services with on ground support
Audio Visual & Video Conference Support
Assist with remote base start-ups/refreshes
Setup and maintenance of employee network accounts
Responsible for the setup and configuration of new personal computers; desktops and notebooks
Responsible for the decommissioning of computer assets at the end of their lifecycle
Deal with any technical support issues which arise with employees on a daily basis; local home office and regional base
Handle/Resolve all local support issues
Responsible for the shipping and receiving of computer equipment, ensure all inventory is in asset database
Maintain hardware inventory for local and remote US Bases
Other duties as assigned
5. Qualifications Education Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science preferred Certifications & Licenses Required: Minimum 6 years experience in desktop/network support
