JOB DESCRIPTION: Nurse Manager - Intensive Care Units
DEBORAH Heart and Lung Center is a tertiary care cardiovascular center, located in south/central NJ, a short commute from Philadelphia, the Jersey Shore and Princeton. We are recruiting for an experienced Nurse Manager to provide administrative and clinical leadership support of our Medical and Surgical Intensive Care Units. This is a highly visible position with significant organizational responsibilities.
DEBORAH has a culture of excellence in clinical care, and patient and staff satisfaction. The Nurse Manager will work collaboratively with medical, nursing and ancillary leaders to improve already strong clinical processes, and improve operating and administrative efficiencies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Qualified candidates will have an MSN (or BSN with commensurate leadership experience), at least 5 years intensive care unit management experience working with an open heart surgical program, and ideally CCRN certification. Proven track record of supportive employee relations, collaborative problem-solvingand administrative/ financial competence is essential.
