TITLE: Healthcare Recruiter - On Site
POSITION SUMMARY: The On Site Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting appropriate healthcare personnel at client HCA facilities and/or non-HCA facilities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to facilitating placements in facilities, facility relations, candidate presentation and candidate retention/replacement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
:
MUST HAVE One to three years healthcare recruiting experience
High school or GED Equivalent Required
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Microsoft Office Knowledge such as Outlook, Word, Excel; standard Business Office Equipment knowledge
