Autumn Hills Alzheimer's Special Care Center, a brand new 66-bed premier assisted living facility in Bloomington, IN is seeking a RN as our HSD/DON.
This is position applies management and geriatric nursing skills to coordinate care in a memory care setting. The primary purpose of the Health Services Director is to assist in the planning, organizing, developing and directing of resident services in accordance with regulatory standards and customer expectations. The Health Services Director works closely with other management team members to assure the highest degree of resident services and satisfaction are met. Duties include promoting a positive living environment for assisted living dementia residents, resident assessment & care planning, overseeing the medication management program, and training & supervising care giving staff.
