This newly created position within the Merck Animal Health organization will be responsible for the development and leadership of the Poultry Species Research Team.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited the development of short and long-term business strategies designed to progress and achieve the business objectives of the Merck Animal Health organization in this business segment.
Education Minimum Requirements:
* DVM/VMD or Ph.D. in a Biological Sciences discipline
Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 10 years poultry species R&D experience which includes the development of vaccines
* Experience must also include fluency with applicable federal government regulations and GLP, GCP and GMP standards.
