Requirements:
Requirements: As a successful applicant, you will possess the following requirements:
3+ years of solid, hands-on bookkeeping experience.
Peachtree is essential
Ability to work well independently and assist in other company functions.
Ability to work occasional over-time as required
Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to:
Posting accounts payable.
Preparing checks.
Posting accounts receivable.
Sending out invoices and monthly statements.
Collections (call to collect money, receive and process check & credit card payments, make deposit at the bank.)
Payroll
Having the books ready for our external accountants to reconcile the bank accounts and analyze prior month by the fifth of the following month.
Must be able to review companies financials weekly with management.
There will be some administrative duties, such as answering phones and tending to customer inquiries.
