Global Organizational Development Specialist Tracking Code 2007771 Job Description Reporting to the Director, Global Organization and Talent Development, responsibilities will include: Design and implement global talent management strategies, systems, processes and programs, aligning interventions with strategic direction, business unit, and individual performance goals. Consult with senior leaders on talent review, succession planning outcomes, and individual development plan execution. Positively affect high performer retention rates, successor readiness (internal promotion rate), and leadership effectiveness (employee satisfaction, reduced employee relations mitigation). Responsible for successful research, strategy, design, development, execution, and measurement of: * Global succession planning process, talent review, data analysis, reporting, collaboration with global location business partners. * Global and US leadership development programs. * Performance issue identification, analysis, business partner collaboration, and intervention. * Best practice processes and programs in the field of talent management/organizational development. Additional responsibilities include: * Organizational development support to Global Shared Services leadership, managing through change and implementing best practices in global organizational effectiveness (organization structure, job design, group dynamics, organizational and individual behavior, competency application, communication accuracy and timeliness, comparative cultural perspectives, application of management and organizational theory). * Design and implement effective organizational/leadership development interventions. (multi-rater assessments, structural interviews, coaching and mentoring) * Project Management of global talent management projects, including influential leadership in global business partner collaboration. * Group facilitation, training, and presentation to various organizational audiences.
Required Skills * Strategic workforce planning, talent management tools and processes, diagnostic tools for individual and group assessment, coaching and mentoring programs, competency modeling, organizational design and organizational research, systems theory and system dynamics, management and organization theory. * Experience designing, implementing, and measuring global leadership development processes, programs, interventions * Experience designing and leading global talent review and succession planning processes. * Experience designing applied behavioral science research studies, and analyzing results using statistical analysis. * Experience leading global organizational change efforts. * Experience analyzing performance problems, designing and implementing appropriate interventions, facilitation and consulting during intervention implementation, business partner future enablement, and intervention evaluation. * Experience in designing and implementing training in multiple formats for global audiences, using multiple technology solutions for delivery. * Demonstrated executive level presence and consultation skills, political savvy, strategic thinking, and analytical ability. * Experience working in learning management systems (Plateau/SAP Enterprise Learning) a plus. Required Experience * Graduate Degree in related field, (Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development) required. * 7+ years applied experience in global, industrial, Organizational Development roles or Organizational Development Consulting required. * SPHR, GPHR certification and Pharmaceutical Industry Experience preferred. * English Proficiency required. * Multi-lingual abilities are highly preferred (Spanish or Hebrew) * Occasional travel required, domestic and international. * SW Michigan (Allegan corporate office) location preferred, but will consider other remote locations. Increased percentage of travel if selected candidate is not based in SW Michigan.
