Bronson is currently accepting applications for on-call (variable hours)Environmental Services Associates. If you have applied for this position within the past 6 months there is no need to re-apply. Must be able to work up to full time hours when needed. High school diploma or GED required and proof is required upon hire. Previous housekeeping experience and/or experience in a health care setting is preferred. Maintains an assigned area of the hospital in a sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition. Receives working instructions, and work is frequently checked for accuracy and compliance with the established standards of quality and quantity. Frequent reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching, is required to perform many job duties. Ability to work while standing on a stepladder at a height of four feet is employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 t be able to operate power equipment in cleaning procedures. Must be able to communicate effectively with all members of the health care team and demonstrate good communication, interpersonal & organizational skills. Every other weekend and some holidays required. Applicants must be available for the Monday and Tuesday general orientation sessions on the day shift.
