Job Details: Bachelor's (Any) Reporting to the Director of Employee and Organizational Development the Training and Organization Development Specialist assesses, plans, develops and implements training and performance improvement interventions for SBLHS. Major areas of responsibility include: coordinating the hospital on-boarding process for all employees, sourcing and providing education and interventions to improve individual and organizational performance, team facilitation, project management, process improvement, creating, implementing and evaluating blended learning and e-learning programs, and evaluating the outcomes of training/ performance interventions. Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts required. Training and team facilitation experience preferred. Knowledge of adult learning principles, general learning theory, computer technology and applications. Demonstrated presentation/platform skills. Previous experience in the use of Windows, word-processing and spreadsheet applications preferred. Knowledge of basic Performance Improvement principles and methods.
