Education Senior Manager - HIM: ADMINISTRATION

Job Summary:

Newly created, high profile opportunity for an adult-learner/distance-learner education expert with a focus in healthcare! Reporting to the AVP of Education, this Senior Manager is responsible for managing the efficient and effective design, development, and delivery of all communication and education components for Parallon Business Solutions' ICD-10 program for the company enterprise and provides project management leadership for the ICD-10 education program with high complexity. As a member of a cross functional team, this individual will work closely with training developers, specialists, business owners, IT&S professionals and other constituents to achieve the desired educational objectives.

Responsibilities include:

-Develop and implement strategic communication and education programs for the enterprise organization.
-Utilize multiple content delivery methods including instructor-led, train-the-trainer, virtual classroom, web-cast, or web-based methodologies depending on target audience.
-Analyze course evaluations, and determine appropriate action to incorporate feedback into monthly performance and programmatic modifications.
-Ensure completion of deliverables throughout project lifecycle.
-Mange staff to assure quality of work.
-Build and utilize collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
-3-5 years experience managing multiple projects, preferably in healthcare financial services, clinical operations, supply chain or information systems-oriented environments
-4-5 years of training and development utilizing adult learning principles and technology-based education
-Minimum 3-5 years management experience
-Coding background/certification a plus
