JOB SUMMARY: Directly responsible for the effective management of PMC Physician Associates practices in delivery patient-centered, high quality care in an environment conducive to achieving superior patient and associate satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all governing regulatory guidelines and departmental and organizational policies. Operate areas of responsibility within approved financial budget. Utilize a continuous Performance Improvement culture to achieve customer satisfaction and operational performance goals. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business or related discipline required. Minimum of three (3) years physician office experience. Minimum of one (1) year physician practice management experience. Must possess a current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (if RN). CPR certification is preferred. Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation. Must be self-motivated. Relevant computer experience required. Must possess ability to successfully interact with all stakeholders.
