The Operating Room Director, Perioperative Services will assume overall leadership, strategic planning, staffing and coordination of services for the Operating Room at our main location and will oversee 150 FTE’s, 52 of which are Registered Nurses, and an operating budget of $40 million.
Along with the management team in the OR, the Director will oversee and assume accountability for the day to day clinical operations.
The Director will provide leadership and will build trusting, collaborative relationships with staff, peers and physicians to insure efficiency in the OR while achieving patient satisfaction, productivity, and excellent clinical care.
Should have experience supervising Operating Room nurses.

Work Experience:

5 years leadership experience in perioperative services including successful budgeting, recruitment/retention strategies and performance improvement for patient care initiatives in the Operating Room. CNOR is preferred. Successful candidates will demonstrate their ability.
BSN and Masters required.
Background in OR jobs a plus.
Operating Room Nurse job experience a plus.
Background in various Nurse Jobs, Operating Room nursing jobs and Hospital Jobs a plus.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
