SUMMARY:
SHIFT= 7A-3P WITH CALL
Provides direct and indirect nursing services to the surgical patient under the supervision of the professional nurse, and performs tasks necessary to the functioning of the Surgical Services Unit according to the standards and policies of Operating Room care.
17 suite O.R. in a 400 bed acute care level II trauma center. .We do approximately 600 procedures a month, primarily ortho/neuro/trauma.
2 years of experience min
Minimum Education - Vocational
Certification as a Surgical Technologist
Experience in Ortho/Neuro and Trauma and cardiovascular required
Wehave been in the community for over 30 years.We are a nursing Magnet hospital, level II trauma center with chest pain accreditation and a comprehensive stroke center.Our O.R. has a Divinci Robot and state of the art equipment.
