COORDINATOR, CLINICAL Department: Rehab IP Schedule: Full time 72 (Two week Payperiod) Shift: Evening/Night Hours: 1900-0700 Job Details: * RN Required * 1 year of experience required * BSN* *Staff Nurses without a BSN selected to fill a Clinical Coordinator position within only their existing unit will have 3 years from the date of assignment to complete their BSN. Satisfactory progress toward the completion of BSN must be made each year. Applicants from outside a specific unit will be required to meet the minimum job criteria upon hire.One year in area of related practice.Current licensure in DE or compact state. Must obtain certification in specialty within 1 year of date of hire.Basic computer literacy. Demonstrated leadership skills i.e. Council chair, project management; relief role as a Clinical Coordinator; Ability to effectively communicate. Knowledge of Risk Factors appropriate for individual specialty.
