CNA I - Longterm Care Department: Brantwood - Skilled Schedule: Full Time Shift: 1st Hours: weekdays and every other weekend Job Details: * Position Description: Assists residents with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the RN or designee or Director of Nursing. Assists with transport of residents as needed via GHS fleet vehicles.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Completed State certified nursing assistant program. Has received certification as Nursing Assistant I, and is currently listed with the State of North Carolina's Department of Facility Service's Nursing Assistant Central Registry with no substantiated findings, or misappropriation of property. Must be able to work under the direction of a licensed nurse and follow written and verbal instructions effectively. Certified in CPR.
