Job Description: MEDSUR5 - Clin Specialist The Clinical Specialist, identifies, coordinates, develops and evaluates areas of learning for orientees and experienced staff members for specialty; functions as a role model for patient care and assist in staff development at a unit level; and serves as a liaison between various distinctive departments within the Memorial Healthcare System and the community. The Clinical Specialist initiates and participates in nursing research to make improvements in patient care and contributes information to various journals and/or newsletters
Experience: MSN required; Current BLS, instructor and oncology experience required. Must have the ability to teach adult learners at all levels.
