CLINICAL QUALITY COORDINATOR

SUMMARY:

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Director of Quality Management and Regulatory Compliance in the planning and execution of the Performance Improvement Program for the hospital. The Quality Coordinator is responsible for data collection and analysis, which drive the organization's Performance Improvement Program.

CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:   

CPHQ preferred or within 3 years of taking position

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:  

BSN or higher

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

5 years as an RN

Minimum of 3 years of Quality, Risk or Performance Improvement, Core Measures, Chart abstraction experience.
