* Apply Now! * Back to Results Don?t let this opportunity get away! Soliant Health is engaged by a Hospital to find a qualified Clinical Coordinator to join their organization. Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the performance of clinical pharmacy activities. Providing clinical/drug information to healthcare professionals and patients. Development and execution of drug utilization reviews. Evaluation of requests for addition to the formulary. Evaluating clinical skills of pharmacists and providing performance review input for staff development. Participating in the selection and hiring of pharmacists. Precepts and coordinates the precepting of pharmacy students. Acting as staff pharmacist when deemed necessary by the Director of Pharmacy. Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD, preferred, from an accredited college of pharmacy required. Completion of an ASHP accredited residency is preferred but not required. A minimum of three years pharmacy experience is preferred, but not required. One year of prior clinical pharmacy work experience is required. Current Missouri pharmacist license or ability to acquire Missouri licensure within 90 days. Active membership in pharmacy organizations is encouraged.
