Position Summary:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experiencedFull-time Clinical Nurse Specialistto provide clinical oversight and coordination to the infection control and wound care programs in our long term care facility. Position functions as liaison among nursing, pharmacy and lab functions and assists the DON in assigned administrative and clinical projects. Successful candidate will demonstrate ability to communicate effectively to all members of the multidisciplinary team and serve as a professional role model to staff.
The Clinical Nurse Specialist is expected to support our resident centered programs in order to provide the highest level of care to our s is a full time primarily day shift position with some off shift and weekend rotation as projects require.
