The Clinical Nurse Specialist's responsibilities encompass the following broad areas of practice: clinical practice, collaboration/consultation, staff development, leadership and evidence based practice. Previous Cardiothoracic surgery, trauma, general surgery, neurosurgery, ICU education. 2-5 years experience preferred. CNS preferred. Masters in Nursing required. Current Massachusetts Nursing License required.
