• Clinical Nurse Educator Jobs, Quality Analyst job open for Managed Care organization in southern Texas.
• This position will perform quality reviews on staff to ensure the process of validating medical record documentation, as per ICD-9 CM and CMS Risk Adjustment Data Validation requirements is maintained.
• The incumbent will perform quality reviews on documentation from providers participating with the companys Medical Management risk adjustment model, ensuring ICD-9 CM and CMS Risk Adjustment Data Validation requirements are followed.
• The position will be accountable for the identification of provider, staff, and client development and education and re-education needs as related to quality review outcomes. This position will also have responsibility for HEDIS quality chart reviews.

• Current RN license; CPC certification or completion of certification with 9 months of hire date;
• 2-5 years of clinical experience; knowledge of CMS-HCC model and guidelines;
• knowledge of ICD-9 CM and guidelines; ability to interact with multiple departments and outside physician groups;
• ability to speak and provide presentations and education to small and large groups;
• excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to travel on occasion as determined by business need.
