Primary Function & Major Responsibilities Responsible for the accurate and timely performance of routine and complex laboratory passionate Service - Placing the needs of those we serve above our own; treating individuals with dignity, respect and forms and evaluates diagnostic testing to provide accurate and reliable laboratory ats abnormal results according to policies and forms computer and clerical functions accurately to ensure accurate test ordering and reporting of patient forms and documents maintenance and troubleshooting procedures on laboratory instrumentation to ensure proper iews, follows and understands established laboratory quality assurance and quality control forms specimen collection and processing to ensure the accurate and appropriate performance of patient testing while maintaining patient dignity, comfort and plies with laboratory Safety and Infection Control policies to ensure a safe work ticipates in the overall operations of the section(s) and ntains confidentiality in all aspects of the forms other related duties as requested.
Qualifications Education: Baccalaureate degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or HEW accreditation, or an appropriate Biological, Chemical, or Physical Sciences degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. ASCP or NCA eligible.
Experience: No experience required.
