Clinical Dietitian for Ministry St. Clare's Hospital - Casual
We have a unique opportunity for a Clinical Dietitian at Ministry Saint Clare's Hospital in Weston, Wisconsin! This position is a casual, occasional position. This position will provide variable coverage to both the Ministry Saint Clare's Facility as well as the Ministry Good Samaritan Health Center in Merrill.

The Clinical Dietitian will:
Assess nutritional status of the patient/client in health and disease throughout the life cycle. Apply nutritional principles effectively in assessment.
Communicate, coordinate, and monitor the nutrition care plan; document all aspects of nutrition care in the medical record following policy timeframe.
Arrange individualized nutrition education programs. Evaluate client's/patient's knowledge of nutritional requirements; plan, organize, implement and evaluate the nutrition education program with the client/patient and significant others; arrange for follow up as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Dietetics or Master's degree in Nutrition related field.
Successful completion of a Dietetic Internship or other qualifying experience approved by the American Dietetic Association.
Registered Dietitian by the American Dietetic Association and/or Certified Dietitian in the State of Wisconsin.
Prior experience as a dietitian in acute care setting is strongly preferred.
