JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the design and implementation of a nutritional program dedicated to the improvement of health status and the prevention of disease states. Provides nutritional assessment/evaluation, monitoring and education of patients under the direction of the Physician and Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner. Will play a significant role in the patient education and preventative medicine services.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of an approved Clinical Dietician program. Licensed Dietician in the State of Texas or eligible.
