Responsibilities Under direction of the Clinical Nutrition Manager, responsible for providing basic nutrition assessments, education and care planning for patients. This will include screening medical records and developing an appropriate plan of care based on the medical/nutritional assessment; Utilizing documentation from the Nutrition Care Process; Educating medical staff, patients and family members on proper nutritional care; Providing follow-up recommendations/assessments for all patients within given time frames and ensures compliance with all federal, state and local regulations and all hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or related discipline. Registered by the ADA. Licensed dietitian/nutritionist required.
