CLINICAL COORDINATOR-CDI-CANCER CENTER PATIENT SUPPORT SERVICES-SFTE-1.00-80/PP-1ST SHIFT-FROEDTERT
Job Summary: Participates in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating health services provided by the breast health multidisciplinary team. Responsible for developing and overseeing the care coordination provided to the client, and is a liaison between the physician, professional health care staff and other involved parties. Reports outcomes and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
Experience: Clinical education and experience in one of the following areas: Radiology /Imaging Nursing or Oncology Nursing. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or Certified Breast Care Nurse (CBCN) preferred.
Education: BSN required.
Licensure: Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact).
