Louisiana MENTOR is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assess the ongoing need for therapeutic services at a client's current level of care, coordinate services provided to clients and ensure the quality of care delivered. This individual may also provide therapeutic services to clients.
Qualifications Requirements:- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or another Social Service Related area.
- At least two years experience working with children, adolescents, and individuals with disabilities. degree in Human Service field required
- Must have safe, working vehicle and appropriate levels of auto insurance coverage
- Must pass a state/federal background check and finger printing
- Licensure and/or certification as required by state
