The Charge Nurse is a Registered Nurse who provides first line supervisory oversight for the Urology Center. This position reports to the Director of Diagnostic Services and the Urology Center and ensures that quality care is provided according to policies and procedures, that patient flow/placement is efficient, and that daily staffing needs are met to assure the highest quality patient care, safety, and satisfaction. This position requires: * CA RN * Graduation from an accredited school of Registered Nursing * Minimal 3 years experience in pediatrics, acute or ambulatory setting * BLS, PALS * Ability to promote teamwork to achieve CHOC's mission * Ability to solve complex patient care and organizational problems * Role model positive and professional behavior Preferred Qualifications: * Three plus years experience in pediatric ambulatory care environment * B.S. in Nursing * Certified Parent Educator Join CHOC's multidisciplinary team and make your mark!
