The Care Manger is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This Universal Care Manger role includes providing hands on care, physical and emotional support as outlined in each resident's Individualized Service Plan while maintaining a safe and comfortable home like environment. The Care Manager is responsible for demonstrating the Mission for Sunrise Senior Living, ""to champion the quality of life for all seniors"" in accordance with federal, state and local standards and regulations and Sunrise Senior Living policies to promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our residents.
